Rates and terms of the boarding house

To join our dog boarding facility, dogs must:

  • be vaccinated
  • be identified
  • be insured
  • be in good health
  • be up to date with their antiparasitic treatments
  • Females must not be in heat

Regarding behavior:

  • dogs that are sociable with others of their kind
  • non-aggressive towards humans (unless undergoing educational training with us)
  • dogs with vocalization issues not accepted

Before any service:

  • the contract must be signed
  • the boarding regulations must be accepted

However, certain situations can be studied on a case-by-case basis. Since every dog is unique, we take the time to evaluate the possibilities based on their profile and the current hosting conditions. If your dog has any specific needs, do not hesitate to contact us so we can discuss them together.

A social assessment at the center is also required. Lasting 25 to 30 minutes, it allows us to determine whether the dog can safely join the boarding facility. When successful, it is included in the price of the service. In the event of incompatibility, only the test is charged (€25), with the remainder refunded if it was carried out at least 21 days before the start of the stay. A new test may be requested if any doubt remains, even after an initial experience.

During the stay, food is provided by the boarding facility (Eukanuba kibble). However, we recommend that you provide your own kibble to minimize the stress associated with changes for your animal as much as possible. For health reasons, specific diets (BARF, RAW, RM, etc.) are not provided.

To follow your dog's stay, we regularly share photos and videos live on our social media (stories, daily content).

To remain fully available for the dogs, we cannot respond to requests for individual updates by phone, message, or email during their stay.

If needed, a summary report can be offered at the end of the day.

Boarding reservation: how does it work?

The booking process consists of several steps to ensure that every dog is properly welcomed.

1. Initial contact

By phone, email, or message, we discuss your request and check availability.

2. Social assessment (mandatory) and kennel tour

The test, which lasts approximately 25 minutes, should ideally be carried out as soon as possible, and at least 21 days before the start of the stay. It allows us to definitively confirm your dog's integration into the kennel and permanently secures the service for the desired period. This time also allows you to visit the facilities and meet our team.

We charge €25 including tax when scheduling the test; this amount will be deducted from the total cost of the service if the outcome is successful.

3. Reservation confirmation

  • If the social assessment is successful, the booking is confirmed subject to payment of the full service fee, which finalizes the stay.
  • If the assessment is not successful: the boarding is cancelled and the deposit is refunded (excluding the cost of the assessment, €25 incl. tax)

4. Start and end of the hosting service

Arrivals and departures are from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and/or from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. (the transport service picks up and drops off dogs from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. and/or from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.).

Important

  • If the social assessment is carried out less than 21 days before the start of the stay and reveals an incompatibility, the service remains due in full. It is therefore essential to perform the assessment before this deadline to allow for cancellation.
